If we identify funds that may belong to you or your family, we reach out with enough information for you to verify our findings. We never ask for payment or sensitive personal information at this stage.
Agreement & Disclosure
Once you decide to proceed, we enter into a written agreement that clearly defines our fee, the scope of work, and your rights. Full details about the identified funds are disclosed only after this agreement is in place.
Recovery & Payment
We handle the paperwork and coordinate with the relevant government agencies on your behalf. Our fee is only collected after funds have been successfully recovered — if we do not recover anything, you owe nothing.
Your Safeguards
No upfront costs
We never charge a fee before funds are recovered. If we are unsuccessful, you owe nothing.
