Services

Latent Funds provides unclaimed fund identification and recovery services. Our services are provided on a success-fee basis, meaning fees are only charged when funds are successfully recovered on behalf of a client.

Engagement

No service is provided, and no fee is owed, until both parties have entered into a written agreement. This agreement will specify the identified funds, the fee percentage, and the scope of work. Initial contact and preliminary information are provided without obligation.

Fees

Our fee is a percentage of the recovered funds, as specified in the written agreement. No upfront payment is required. If we are unable to recover the identified funds, no fee is charged.

No Legal Advice

Latent Funds is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Our services are limited to fund identification, documentation assistance, and coordination with government agencies. Clients who require legal counsel are encouraged to retain an attorney independently.

Accuracy of Information

Fund identifications are based on publicly available government records. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that all identified funds will be recoverable. Government agencies make final determinations regarding the validity of claims.

Limitation of Liability

Latent Funds shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this website or our services beyond the fees actually paid to us by the client. We are not liable for delays caused by government agencies or third parties.
